“We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024. It is a lovely house with a gorgeous pool. The host Susan is the perfect mix of present but unobtrusive. The surrounding area has so much to do, from caves and underground chasms to beautiful villages and Mediterranean beaches. Highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our stay in the "Merlot" apartment at the top of this ancient building, called "La Botte Cachée." The English owners live in town, and were very helpful when we ran up against minor problems during the check-in process; they were also amazingly generous about letting us check out several hours late. “Great welcome from Sandra and Fred who gave us access to property 2.5 hours before check in time. They were friendly , helpful and generous throughout our stay. (Do try The food especially Fred’s signature apple cake.) Apartment comfortable and great for a few days rest half way through out our around France. The 48 steps to the flat plus 18 to the bedrooms will keep you fit! Enjoyed Carcassone and La Cite. A great stay!”

“Lovely, comfortable property with beautiful views. The pool was a great asset to cool down in on hot days. Easy access to local supermarkets. Would recommend having a car to get out and about with. Hugo is an excellent friendly host with lots of great tips of where to go.”
