Good …but staff need to be trained better
"Everything good, check in , room , food all great One issue…a jobsworth at the grill restaurant…empty restaurant at 6.30pm (not a single person there) I walk up and say table for one , he looks at me, looks at his list, sucks his teeth and after a pause says could you come back at 9.30pm! His manner ..."

"Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean."
