“We have been coming to small mountain towns around atv trails in Tenn. for a decade yearly as a guys trip. But I have yet to fall in love with any town the way I did with Petros. The history with BMSP, access to trails, the house, seriously the house. So much room, very nice updates, lots of room to hang, sleep, cook, eat, park, and ride. The BBQ at the wardens table was delicious, we didn’t get to try the new pizza place but it’s coming and we loved the tour of the prison. We were opening……

“Our staff needed a place to stay while leading a training course at Y12 and this property provided the perfect workspace and getaway! Beautiful property and plenty of space. There was only 5 of us but we would have been very comfortable with more!
