“Everything was as described and made for a nice weekend getaway. Pup loved running around outside. If you go in the spring bring some allergy meds as pollen is everywhere (for both humans and pups!). I’ll definitely be back.”

“We have been coming to small mountain towns around atv trails in Tenn. for a decade yearly as a guys trip. But I have yet to fall in love with any town the way I did with Petros. The history with BMSP, access to trails, the house, seriously the house. So much room, very nice updates, lots of room to hang, sleep, cook, eat, park, and ride. The BBQ at the wardens table was delicious, we didn’t get to try the new pizza place but it’s coming and we loved the tour of the prison. We were opening……

“Our staff needed a place to stay while leading a training course at Y12 and this property provided the perfect workspace and getaway! Beautiful property and plenty of space. There was only 5 of us but we would have been very comfortable with more! Management staff was very informative prior to checkin and responsive with any questions during our stay. wThanks for a great experience in Kingston!!”

“Brian the mgr was outstanding! The house was immaculate. Sandy does a great job preparing the house for guests. House was comfortable. Only complaint the twin bed’s mattress were too soft. My sons were not able to sleep on them so they slept on couches. The weather and fishing was not good.”
