“We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this Phoenix/Glendale vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and beautiful. The outdoor/backyard was an amazing oasis from the waterslide to the shuffleboard to the pickleball to the putt putt and sand volleyball court--WOW! Watching the sunset over the desert sky each evening was a dream. Everyone in our group ages 10-79 found it an absolute dream. The location was perfect — quiet……

“Property meet our needs. The pool was most loved by granddaughter! Appreciated that we could raise the pool temp since the weather had turned cool. Not much for ‘floaties’; might want to keep that in mind if you have kids.Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. There is a fire station across the street, but not an issue.We would utilize this rental again.”

“Everything about the stay, other than the price, was great. I have stayed at this property multiple times, and the price is usually much more reasonable. Not so this time, but I did book on fairly short notice. Property is beautiful and well-kept. Multiple bedrooms in the unit make it ok to share with business associates. Have had the family along before too, and it’s even better for that. ”

“Our hosts Mike and Kara have been very accommodating and quick to address any issues. They are often asking what can they do to make it better and jumped at the chance to improve our stay. Mike and Kara have made many improvements to this unit. The unit has new counter tops, a new stove, new microwave, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new washer and dryer. “Great location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Scottsdale airport and 22 to PHX. Home is laid out great with large great room / arcade, quiet living room off the kitchen and bedrooms have their own bathroom (mostly) and many beds / sleeping arrangement options. Yard is huge with pool, volleyball, basketball and grass area for dogs to play. We used it all! Home had everything we needed and then some!! Would be great for families with small children as well. ”

“This was a very quick 1 night stay for myself, wife, and our adult daughter as we were just in town to see my sick dad. Having said that I do want to pass along how easy it was to check in, how friendly and welcoming the front desk staff were. Then the place itself was great - nice large villa, lots of great pools and amenities. We didn't get any chance to take advantage because of the very short stay but would recommend them!”

“The property suited the specific needs of our large group well and at a price that mathed well compared to hotel rooms. The interior finishes (furniture, doors, cabinets, fixtures) are budget quality and the finish work is rough in some areas where doors may not close properly, trim work not finished super well, and general cleanliness is average. Written communication with the property owner/manager was confusing if not difficult at times. All in all, things worked well for our very specific……
