“Condo was extremely clean, garage was an additional plus, development location was close to everything, pool and hot tub were great, however No TV in 2nd bedroom (not good) and absolutely no views of the Arizona landscape or golf course, patio is overlooking the street. ”

“In part we chose this unit as it said the pool was heated. it wasn't.also, a very small thing, but the unwrapped bar of soap in the shower was a bit off putting. It was a bit odd for there to be beer and cheese in our refrigerator.”

“Easy check-in, condo was clean & well stocked. Host was very responsive when I unfortunately got locked out of the condo, code fix wasn’t working & she responded within 20 mins with a key, leaving it behind as an emergency back-up for the remainder of my stay. Ice machine is down the hall at entrance, didn’t use the pool or laundry room but the patio was very comfortable, allowed for sun & cool shade. The couch was comfortable & accommodated my 6’4 son to sleep on with no issue. Thank you for a……

“Great spot conveniently located and Bill was a great host ensuring we had everything we needed. Pool was a big hit with the kids.Was also nice to have grocery and meal options right next door.”

“Stayed here for a week with our 3 teenagers and loved it. Pool is just outside the front door, which is great for getting refrills. Property is quiet and in nice gated community. North Mountain is a great short hike and it’s just a short walk away. Overall a nice place to stay, we’ll be coming back for sure.”

“Property was clean, close to large heated pool, hot tub and community green space. Nicely stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, tp, toiletries, coffee, and some cooking spices. Property manager Peggy readily available, friendly and easy to contact for small key glitch. AJ's and other stores right around the corner. We will definitely rent again.”

“We loved the condo as well as the extras the hosts provided. There were paper plates, towels, napkins, etc. which was so nice that we did not need to buy these. There was a load of clean towels in each bathroom so we could change out as we chose. The location is central to most of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, etc. However, the actual neighborhood that this condo complex is in, is in a more industrial area with car repair shops, etc. The condo felt very safe but we needed to go elsewhere……
