“What a great location! Close to restaurants, grocery, amenities. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area.The only negative for us was the cleanliness of the unit.Floors were dirty and it appeared not much had been dusted. With a little TLC and maybe a few updates on decor this place would be a gem!”

“This place is reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is very private. The 'backyard' space that the patio faces is alive with rabbits, quail, and various other birds. Its very quiet and the bed is above average comfortable! ”

The unit is super clean and well decorated. It’s a corner unit with lots of light and easy access to the carport and street parking. The community is quiet and neighbors friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Grounds, the cafe across the street, for coffee and breakfast or relaxing with a beer or wine on the patio.……

“The condo was perfect for our 5 day stay. Stocked with all the necessary amenities plus more. The coffee, tea, hot cocoa, snacks, water and wine were all very much appreciated. It was super clean and well maintained. It was conveniently located close to great restaurants, bars, the Fairmont and the TPC Scottsdale golf course. Thanks for a great stay! ”

“We began our trip with two nights at this lovely apartment. Check-in was very easy, accommodations were very clean and as describe. The Wi-Fi password on the placard by the TV is incorrect, but the correct one is in the instructions given at check-in. Someone above us was quite loud in the middle of the night, but clearly the property owners can’t control this. Would definitely stay again!”

“Nice location in Scottsdale! Condo was very well equipped and furnished. The owner did a good job of having household kitchen and cleaning supplies for use. Good amenities like biking, gym and lovely pool at hotel. Ample seating for our group of six for gathering and eating. However, loud music from the Tennis Club next door was a nuisance both at night and during the day. Also, loud music from a party at the hotel on Saturday night until midnight was a hardship as we had a 6am flight the……
