“Lovely guesthouse in quiet residential community convenient to many golf courses and hiking trails. Property amenities including private on-site pickleball court and pool were top-notch. Meticulously maintained guesthouse was comfortable and cozy! Would definitely recommend this property for a couple stay or 2 single travelers! ”

“My husband and I came to Scottsdale for a couple of getaway days and could not have been happier with our choice of where to stay. The host is great, the home is lovely, clean, well appointed... and the neighborhood is a surprisingly quiet, walkable area adjacent to busy, accessible suburban life. Highly recommend any group of four or fewer to jump at the chance to stay here!”

“Due to some timing issues, we were allowed to check in early. The owner had the place ready for us with the A/C on. She was always available and always willing to help. The house is very spacious with wonderful accompaniments. Shower has great water pressure!!!!! It’s located right down the road from Canyon Lake! The mountains. We had a wonderful time!!! ”

“We booked one night and the following day to relax at the end of our trip, which Susan was extremely gracious in accommodating. The guest house is spotless and so cozy with so many thoughtful touches. We felt so at home. Susan was very responsive throughout the whole process and is such a kind and generous host! “This place was pretty cool. Very accommodating.”

“Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!”

“No lighting getting to unit, creepy alley feeling. Outside are cute but not for small dogs. Multiple areas where they can escape. Pavers not level, big tripping hazard. Couple of electrical outlets with no faceplate or anchored. Hard to use. Toilet rocks. ”
