The pool and hottub was clean and there was always chairs available. There were so my extras (beach chairs/beach bag/beach towels/laundry) This place was stocked. “The property looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable, perfect for our three-day trip to the Phoenix area. My only complaints are 1) the front door lock is tricky - there’s an extra step to unlocking the front door that wasn’t included in the instructions (and it wasn’t immediately clear how to enter through the back door; but Maria was very helpful and walked us through it over the phone) and 2) if you are scent-sensitive, the smell from plug-in air fresheners was super……
