We had a situation as to where the coffee maker was not working so I called the host (Elmer) and made him aware, that I would not be able to go without my morning coffee. “The house was perfect with great comfortable beds and furniture! The pool and pool table was so fun and a great way to break up the super hot days. The course in the backyard was great, I was bummed we only got to play it once. Great driving range too. The owners replied quickly and the gated community aspect made it all the more safe feeling. “We were looking for a nice house and the main requirement was a pool. This house has both plus some. Such a spacious, open house with 3 nice bedrooms to choose from and a beautiful kitchen area. I’m sure we spent equal amounts of time in the pool area, sitting at the kitchen bar and watching movies on Netflix. Our staycation was perfect and I’d definitely recommend Jose as a VRBO host ANYTIME!!!”

The most impressive part, the steps for making yourself comfortable and the steps to do prior to leaving were a few sentences. This makes a huge difference, I have stayed in many rental properties and the majority have at least 2-3 pages of to-dos and do NOTs, it was refreshing to not take 15 minutes to figure out what I need to do when I'm just trying to have a relaxing time. 10 out of 10 would recommend ”
