“The location is great! The house was clean, spacious, and stocked full of everything we could need. They really thought of everything! My family of 7, plus a dog, loved every minute of our stay. We traveled in March so the pool was cold but that didn’t stop my kids from having a great time swimming. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in the Phoenix area. Communication with Vacasa was great! They were quick to respond and prompt. Check in was easy and the check out instructions……

“Wonderful beautiful home for our family staycation! Beyond excellent communication with the host/owner! “Very nice home. It was my husband and a friend who are in are mid to late 70's. The pool for us needed handrails to negotiate the stairs safely. We pulled up a chair to use as a railing. Very nice pool. We paid for the heating but it only ran the one day we turned it on. We appreciated the same day delivery of a new Keurig when the original one would not work. The bar stools were hard to use, difficult to get up into and position. Furniture a little too soft for elders. Showers were……

“We loved this house! The host was very helpful and the directions for staying there were very clear.It’s incredibly clean, very well stocked, the pool iwas awesome and the hot tub was heavenly. We had six adults, and there was plenty of room for everybody. Beyond the backyard is a very nice golf course, and we were close to restaurants and grocery stores. “February 1-March 8We spent five wonderful weeks at the Riverdale Retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a “working vacation” while spending time away from the cold and snowy Midwest. Fortunately, we had AMAZING weather for most of our stay, so the backyard and heated pool were put to good use. The house is pretty much as seen in the photos. The master bedroom and walk-in closest are quite roomy. The tvs have only very basic cable but we were able to stream sports and……
