“We stayed at this property for a long weekend to go to the Cubs spring training games. The property was a perfect distance from the park. Our overall experience at the property was good. The pool was very clean but very cold and we couldn't use it. A heater would have been nice. The furniture both outside and inside is very old and worn. The beds are very soft and worn out. The house was very clean though and overall, we did our enjoy our stay.”

“Easy and clean”

“Place was big and spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything you might need is within a few miles of the place. ”

“My husband and I stayed at this very cute dog-centric house with our pup for two weeks, and we were joined for six of those nights by our son, daughter-in-law, two young grandchildren, and two granddogs. The dogs absolutely loved the fenced-in backyard even though we didn't make much use of the very clever splash pad due to the cooler temperatures. Likewise for the pool. But the patio area was nice to hang out in during the warmer afternoons, where we cooked burgers and watched the dogs chase……

“We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was well maintained and furnished and the yard and pool were excellent - eating space, poolside space and lounge space under the gazebo. We made use of the barbecue and backyard games, and had great weather despite the time of year to enjoy the pool. The neighborhood is older but there is clear pride in ownership of all the homes and yards - the whole neighborhood is cute and well maintained, and the neighbors were quiet and friendly.There are two……

“This property was outstanding and we had a great stay. The outside is very unassuming but when you walk in, the interior is meticulously decorated. Beds were comfortable and property was clean and decorated with grace. The yard was huge with many seats for guests. Pool and hot tub worked great. We’d highly recommend this property. It’s an ideal location, 4 miles from Oldtown, close to many hikes and such in the valley, about 30 mins from Tonto National forest. “We learned 48 hours before our arrival that the unit we originally booked was not available. This unit was recommended as a replacement and it was quite an upgrade. Perfect location close to our family and to ASU. The only bad thing is the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to use the pool. I would definitely stay here again ”

“When we first checked in, my family was in "awe" the floor plan, the natural light, and the amenities, which were exactly what we needed. Granted, we didn't cook, but we were happy that everything was available if required. The location is great for Brunch, Walmart, Gas, Food, restaurants, and AZ attractions. It was a bit chilly to use the pool. I'm 100% satisfied and will highly consider returning to AZ and choosing this location again. Apologies for not writing in the guest journal (. Awesome……

“Perfectly fine! I stayed for 6 days. This is not a hotel. Staff works during normal business hours, after hours use the answering service. Bring cleaning supplies, bathroom matt, laundry detergent, groceries, and a pot. I wish they would purchase 2 to 3 new luggage carts. I’m sure I will stay here again. ”
