“Great place! Neighbor was super quiet, super nice! Kids loved the pool, and husband and i loved the late night cookie delivery that was available! Close to all the necessary stores, easy to find, quiet neighborhood. House was super clean, and housed us perfectly and comfortably! Host was super responsive and really helpful when our patio door wouldn't lock upon arrival, someone was out fixing it within the hour! ”

“A couple of golf buddies and I were meeting up with a 4th for a weekend of golf. He had no room at his house so we found this perfect house within a half mile of his. Honestly, we didn't spend a lot of time in the rental, but everything worked and it was well supplied for anything we might want to do in the kitchen.”

“We loved the pool but the hot tub wasn’t used since they came to clean it while we were there and didn’t drain it. House was great and Dale was very nice to deal with. We’d stay there again. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Would sure recommend. ”

“Alice's dwelling was exactly what we needed. It was homey and comfortable, had a good flow from room to room, and was truly close to EVERYTHING imaginable (from Trader Joe's/grocery stores, to comedy and music clubs, to the über-center "Tempe Marketplace" to the high country and cooler temps in the PHX summer). We were there to help our sister convalesce and couldn't have picked a better spot for what we needed. Finally, Alice was an exceptional host- great communication, quick to respond, warm……
