“Stayed for full week. Wednesday to Wednesday. Ironman on Sunday. Perfect location to everything. Son trained and hubby and I did Grand Canyon, Sedona, concert at Diamondback stadium, Scottsdale day pass, River walks. Great location. ”

“We had stayed at another Studio 6 property just prior to this stay and were very concerned that we'd made a mistake booking here, but the property looked exactly like the listing. Everything was clean and well kept. The front desk young lady was personable and helpful. We stayed for a week. We utilized the laundry room which was clean and reasonable. The hairdryer in our unit was broken and we were immediately provided a new one. We are staying there again when we return to area in a week.”

“The unit was tastefully furnished and the property manager was very hospitable. The floors were a little dusty, but overall, the space was very clean and welcoming. The light above the sink has an automatic sensor, so that kind of got annoying in the middle of the night, but I put a cloth over the sensor to prevent it from coming on by itself, which solved that issue easily enough. Check-in was a breeze, and the door code was very convenient. The appliances were all new and functioned well.……

“The pluses: good location for ASU, but next time I would choose downtown Tempe for better vibe. Large apartment, good kitchen, nice gym and pool. Lockbox was handy. No loud parties and tenants (students) were very friendly.The negatives: key for the pool and gym, and back up key were not in the lockbox or apartment. We chose the apartment for the gym. Contact with the owners was patchy and we didn’t get the keys until 4 days into our 6 day stay. There is a leasing office, but they don’t……
