“Great little house. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the multi-game arcade! Plenty of room inside. Heads up, no TVs in the bedroom but it was no problem for us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood in Tempe. Close to downtown Tempe, campus, restaurants, groceries, etc. this place is part of a one story, multi unit house but is extremely quiet and did not feel attached to anything. The owner was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed in this apartment from April 16 - April 19, 2025. I never leave any reviews but feel like I need to leave a completely honest opinion/review about my experience here. I would say, if you're looking at this place, KEEP LOOKING! This is NOT a premier host, and the place is Utterly filthy and disgusting!
