“I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. ”

“This property went above and beyond in establishing a comfortable clean place to stay and do business while visiting. This luxury apartment had every amenity and take needed including toiletries just in case you forgot them. The kitchen had everything including seasonings. I would stay at any o these locations trusting that it is similar to the Tempe location.”

“We couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay during our visit to Tempe.The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is 10 - 15 minutes from anything you could want. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pool was sunny and private. And our host was available for any needs and was easy to communicate with. A”

“Stayed for 5 days (weekdays), very quiet, clean stay. The pool was very nice and well kept. the neighborhood was very friendly and close to several restaurants and shops. The only things I'd change would be to clean up the poolside area a little (weeds, grass) and tidy up the garage. Overall would stay here again.”

“We loved the pool but the hot tub wasn’t used since they came to clean it while we were there and didn’t drain it. House was great and Dale was very nice to deal with. We’d stay there again. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Would sure recommend. ”
