“This was a cute place to stay and was the perfect size for just me. Super close to bus stops and the metro which take you anywhere you need to go. Great accessibility to ASU, Tempe Town Lake, the marketplace, short hikes, and downtown Phoenix. It's also perfectly placed between Scottsdale and Chandler so you can explore quite a bit of the valley. The place was tidy and had everything I needed. It's located right under a flight path but that was fine with me - I loved watching the planes! ”

“My (mature) college friends and I enjoyed our weekend gathering at Michael's property. The back yard pool & other amenities were all wonderful. We found the location handy for our outings to Scottsdale, Hole in the Rock, Botanical Gardens and Tortilla Flats. My 4/5 star review is mainly due to a supply issue as the place was missing supplies like hand soap, replacement TP, & body wash. The host responded quickly & had them delivered the next day; but by that time we had discovered additional……

“This 3 bedroom condo was ideal for our extended family in town for a wedding. There were pristinely clean rooms for all of us and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. The unit had all the essential kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. The condo is centrally located, only about 20 minutes from the experiences we wanted to have in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa.”

The couch was a little small for the whole family to sit comfortably to watch movies, but there were chairs.
