“I would liken the property to somewhat "transitional" housing. ”

“The location was okay, but the property and unit were very suspect in their cleanliness, security and noise issues. There was trash in the hallways both days I was staying at the unit and specifically right in front of the unit I was staying. There was a distinct odor in the hallway and unfortunately, I was staying in a unit with a crying baby most of the night, next door. I would not stay here again.”

“Very nice private casita with easy entry. They provided a very comfortable bed and coffee supplies. There is also an outdoor sitting area that is quite nice. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again.”

“This was a property perfect for a single person or a couple. The property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. This was important since I was staying there by myself. The inside was beautifully done. Maureen was so easy to work with. Answered my question right away. For the Chandler/Gilbert area, it was a great location. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Vince was absolutely wonderful and incredibly communicative every step of the way. I genuinely don’t know when this man sleeps—he responded to my messages within minutes, every time! He was so sweet, thoughtful, and patient throughout my stay.The room itself was adorable. The mini fridge was surprisingly spacious, and the microwave? Freaking cute. The space had everything I needed and more.Location-wise, it was perfect—just half a mile from downtown Chandler, which made it super easy to walk……
