“The property was very welcoming. Warm and welcoming, even the list of operating and closing. The list for "Things to Do" was comforting. Unable to use it because of the preparation of the wedding. This brought comfort compared to the car rental and plane tickets. Thank you for this opportunity.”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our two month stay at this condo at The Cay’s. Noe was very helpful and responsive with regard to all communications. The unit is well appointed, clean, with all the amenities. The Cays is a great location in downtown Ocotillo with 3-5 minute walking access to five very nice restaurants. Ocotillo golf course is only a 5 minute drive away. The pool area and gym are top notch. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Everything was great. We have stayed in Anderson Lakes Condos so we know what to expect. The bonus was Rod and Erika! They are excellent hosts. Extremely responsive, well organized and have everything we need in a quiet and convenient setting. They shocked us when I reported the dishwasher wasn’t working in the morning and by 3 PM they had it replaced. Amazing service! Wonderful people we enjoyed meeting. We’ve already made plans to be back!”

“Stayed for a month in this spacious one bedroom condo, can't say enough about the amazing amenities and cleanliness of the facilities. Best gym we have ever seen in a rental, pool was spotless and not busy and the restaurants across the road were all amazing. Highly recommend.”

“We loved The Cays and would definitely revisit. Requesting a different condo. As we were not happy with #160. 1. Being on the 1st floor over the garage is very cold. 2. Location of condo over garage entrance is undesirable. You can hear the chainlike open and close. 3. The furniture, leather sofa, chair, and beds in both bedrooms were uncomfortable. 4. Carpeting in both bedrooms were very dirty. 5. Kitchen utensils and dishes were undesirable for the cost of the rental - such as, melmac dishes……

“PRO’s: Spacious, well equipped, and close to shopping, groceries, restaurants. No adjacent shared wall units. Property management was very prompt and accommodating to requests. Nice nearby Park other side of parking area. CON: Bedrooms have blinds only, no curtains to lessen sunlight/side-street noise. ”

“We found the property clean and comfortable, but dishes and some of the silverware were sparse. The property and pool were well maintained. We felt that the association itself had several projects scheduled which did make it a bit inconvenient. Great location with lots of dining close by. ”
