“My two children and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of February, and we couldn't have been happier.This place is beautiful. As soon as you walk into the guest house, you're met with a warm and inviting feeling of comfort. Importantly, it was VERY clean with a lot of attention to detail. The only thing we missed was warmer weather to enjoy the pool that's right outside the kitchen door! Pam and Bruce (owners) were also so kind and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely book here……

“We booked the reservation and realized it was only for one night when we wanted 2. Communication was NON existent. After many messages left via the portal and calling we canceled. After all the non communication it was after the 100% refund policy. I am leaving a rating of 3 as they did refund everything, except the 20 VRBO fee. The is no NA for most of the questions above and I can not submit without choosing one. We did not stay so most of these are an NA. ”

“We had a very nice stay in the guest house. The unit is a very nicely done, converted third car garage area. It was a great space for my husband and I, very clean and had some nice extra touches like water bottles in the refrigerator, shampoo and soap in the shower, and plenty of towels and extra blankets. It was very quiet, except between 7:30-7:45a when the main garage door opened and closed. The location was ideal for us and if the need arose we would stay here again.”

“We didnt receive check in instructions until noon the day we were supposed to check in when we were supposed to receive it 24 hours prior the pool was supposed to be open year round but the door was just locked the entire time”

“The property was as described in the VRBO listing. Just the right size for the two of us however, there was a second bedroom for other if desired. Communication with the property management was prompt and detailed. Location was excellent as the property was walking distance to many Gilbert restaurants and businesses. We did enjoy our stay there and would recommend it to others. ”

“We were very content with our stay! Did have a small issue with the passcode but host answered instantly and fixed it quickly! Communication was quick and on point. The apartment was clean and spacious. Would definitely book here again! ”
