“We have stayed at this condo 5 times, and we love it. The views are great, beds are comfortable, always very clean. However, it is very hit and miss on what works, especially the fireplace. We let them know right away that it wasn’t working and they promised to send someone to fix it. No one ever contacted us, even after repeated promises they would get it fixed. We have contacted them other times for things and they always say someone will contact us or come out, and no one ever does. I think……

“We cant say enough about this rental property. The photos are accurate, communication is excellent. This will be our home away from home every time we are in the area. No evening news, no movies, no sports.....it would have been nice to disclose that there is not a single television in the unit. I would encourage the owners to spend a couple hundred dollars and get into the 21st century. “The house and views were amazing!! I wanted a secluded house in the lake and that is exactly what I got. The house was very clean and had anything we might have needed. I was able to unwind and recharge. The property managers were amazing too. The water pressure was nonexistent, I called and it was fixed within 4 hours. Now that’s what I call service. Thanks Brent.
