“I stayed with a co-working in this home near downtown Couer D'Alene. It was exactly as advertised in a really quiet neighborhood near a college. “We stayed here last summer and it was nice and cool. After we heard the floors are heated we wanted to come back this winter. It’s six blocks away from downtown restaurants and shopping, six blocks away from Lake Coeur d’Alene in a quiet neighborhood. On the lake Coeur d’Alene Trail route. Great place for a getaway, humble, clean and cozy. Hosts are the right amount of communicative if you need something there there if not, they just let you enjoy. ”

“Our daughter had a gymnastics competition at the Coeur’d Alene resort and we chose this house since it was close.Home was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious with everything you would need from bathroom amenities (the towels upstairs were incredibly soft!!!) to kitchen essentials and basics for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, coffee all included) Even a air popper popcorn maker that we enjoyed.Our host Ryan was incredibly wonderful with very quick communication! “The house and views were amazing!! I wanted a secluded house in the lake and that is exactly what I got. The house was very clean and had anything we might have needed. I was able to unwind and recharge. The property managers were amazing too. The water pressure was nonexistent, I called and it was fixed within 4 hours. Now that’s what I call service. Thanks Brent. “We had a very nice stay during Christmas week. Luckily, our son had some streaming channels he was able to sign in for us because there are no cable channels. I was glad to see there was a washer/dryer because there was conflicting information about that. We had a little trouble figuring out the heating since there were several separate thermostats and wall units. The electric fireplace heater never worked and only beeped constantly so we didn’t use it. We were very close to town and enjoyed……
