“This house was the perfect location to visit my Georgia family. Located almost exactly 15 minutes from each Aunt made this a very enjoyable spot! John was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family and hopefully in the spring so I can see the beautiful gardens. The farm animals are very cute and John is currently working on a greenhouse that he said he might have finished by the next time we return!”

“Very well kept property, beautiful landscape. The inside of the cottage was immaculate and had just about everything you need for a weekend getaway. Bed was very comfortable, great water pressure in shower, nice linens, towels, and decorated perfectly for a cottage. Very quiet at night, perfectly close to Athens and all the quaint cities and towns in the area. Great communication with host as well. Pictures are accurate as well. We would definately stay here again! Cheers.”

“We had a very nice experience at the Buford bungalow. Very nicely decorated, clean with lots of room to spread out. The train was a fun bonus as it rumbled by, (our sons favorite). A great walking distance to the restaurants and local shops. We look forward to staying, at the Buford bungalow house next year! definitely will be back next year. ”

“There was nothing there had to buy toilet paper, dish soup, no cleaning supplies, no extra towels so had to buy laundry soup to do towels life one for each person for 7 days place was nice but come with nothing then code people showed up to let us know that it was not zoned for short term rental and not up to code it was not accommodating for house hold things but nice location”

“It was nice had plenty of room for everybody to Location was perfect. Only 7 miles away from the job so we didn’t really have time to enjoy we were there for work. Everything was good I would stay there again.”
