“Check in was kind of crazy, my lil brother went in the wrong entrance and walk in someone else’s room. It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. House is clean and location is 10 minutes away from everything. My family wants to return next year for Marti Gras. I hope it’s available. I recommend this property to everyone. ”

“We wanted a higher end NOLA experience during a seven city college tour of the south, but hotels are tricky with three kids. This was ideal! Comfortable, incredible views, ideal parking. The house had “just enough”— our one night there we didn’t end up needing to buy a bunch of things to be comfortable. Oh and no CRAZY check out demands. It was easy, breezy and would 100% return. (My only thought would be the rooftop terrace has a pretty low railing. I’d be nervous to be there with exceptionally……

“My three college age children who are in three different states met my wife and I in NOLA. We loved having a ton of space and the ability to cook for Thanksgiving. This was a luxury of space and exactly what we were looking for. ”

“Inside is great. Good for a big group to hang out in the common area and plenty of beds. Not a far Uber into the city/from all the attractions”

“This property was exactly what we needed for our Mardi Gras stay. This kids had their own bedrooms and baths. Well situated, easy to get to. It’s not the most luxurious place, but the pricing also does reflect that. We will definitely be back! ”

“Hi We enjoyed the visit in this apartment in New Orleans. Nice and clean apartment with lots of space, and you can walk to the french old town. The pool was not so clean but it was ok. Someone has written that the neighborhood was bad but we didn`t see that”

“Love the town, the atmosphere, and this house was great. Nearby construction made it hard to fine but once we did, we had a blat.”

“The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!”

“Everything was great. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and st charles street line that runs 24hrs.. 7min drive to down town garden district that has many shops etc to explore”
