There was plenty of space for all of us, and the beds were all very comfortable - important when you’re doubling up lol! We were in Lexington for distillery visits, and it was an easy drive to get everywhere we went. Rebecca was quick to respond anytime I reached out. Also, the rescue donkeys were probably the highlight for half the group. When we were driving……

“What a treat that this place is available to us to rent. The property is gorgeous and so peaceful (until a freight train surprises you!). My family absolutely loved every moment and the history is fascinating. We especially admired the old books and bibles throughout the house. Anne Marie may be the most responsive host ever! “This property is beautiful and had plenty of room for our party of 13. I love that the hosts decorated the home for Easter and had toys and supplies for young children. The kids enjoyed the game room and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. They also loved watching the cows and horses in the pasture behind the house. ”

“This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Great place to stay... i feel like it wasnt advertised as well as it could have been. We loved the gas fireplace. Was concerned about check-in as i hadnt heard from the owner, but within a day of our arrival i reached out and the owner was always fast and responsive at that point. Any concerns vanished. What a great location!”
