“This place feels really new. It’s everything you see in the pictures and more. Our family of 13 and two small dogs had a great time. The sports shed is full of all the gear you need to enjoy everything on the property. We had a blast playing kickball on the wiffleball field. The full size blackstone is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. I didn’t see any cocktail mixing materials for the bar but we made do. Washer and dryer worked really well and the 2 extra refrigerator/freezer combo was……

“Ky is the halfway meeting point for our family living in Tn and In. We love the Ky countryside and enjoy the surrounding horse country. What better Christmas meeting place for our family than a 200 year old farm house on a working horse ranch. Our host (Julia) was very accommodating and the listing and pictures were very accurate.
