“The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”

“The actual property condition and cleanliness went well beyond what was advertised and shown.We could envision ourselves living there for months/years. Great location and Joyce the owner was spot on for anything that came up. She is Wonderful !!”

“The property is perfect for what we need when traveling with our dogs. The porch light was burned out, so with the darkness and torrential rain, getting in and out was a bit tough. Our neighbors were also a little loud, but we are old and go to bed kind of early. ”

“Fresh and clean plush towels. Great to have washer and dryer. Easy to locate address. Ample parking on site. Met other short-term renters who were very nice. We were working at the KY Horse Park, and after long days, the 30-minute drive was worth it to rest and return each day.”

“This historic home has so much character and was absolutely perfect for us to stay at for our daughter‘s graduation. It’s close to Rupp Arena, close to restaurants and bars, and the owners really went all out to be very accommodating. I would highly recommend it!”

“Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Barely heard anything from the restaurant downstairs which was a potential concern. While not frequent, a train comes though downtown right out front at least once a day - only woke us up once. The TV had plenty of streaming services available, but a DVD player would be nice, at least on the main TV to allow us to play some of the movies we brought. Still, we highly recommend a stay here.”

“A few friends and I were staying here during a women’s conference and we really enjoyed the place. Street parking was nice to be able to park directly in front of the door although you had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, but it wasn’t that bad. You could walk downtown and to some shops and restaurants right from your apartment door, definitely a plus! Good communication with the property manager as we needed some insight during a tornado warning! Very responsive and……
