“We had a wonderful time here! The apartment was in a great central location. The bathroom shower and toilet had to be wiped down before we used them, but everything else was fantastic. The decorating is beautiful!!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay in this beautiful Loft in downtown Georgetown. The Loft was very well-appointed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals (mainly dinners). There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer off the main open area, which we appreciated. “The property was way better than advertised. A perfect place to stay one night or a week. The owner was great; kind, courteous and very cool. ”

“The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”

Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. “The area were this place is located is perfect. I could get to Rupp arena in 15 minutes by foot. If I was feeling lazy, I had an uber to pick me up within minutes. Great location. The place was clean. The host was very easy to work with. Overall, a very comfortable stay!”
