“This is by far one of the nicest vacation rental units I've ever stayed in -- and I've stayed in a few. Katie's attention to detail means that all the conveniences you need are right at your fingertips. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and so nicely appointed. All just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions sent the day before and Katie even checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend!”

“The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”

“Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Barely heard anything from the restaurant downstairs which was a potential concern. While not frequent, a train comes though downtown right out front at least once a day - only woke us up once. The TV had plenty of streaming services available, but a DVD player would be nice, at least on the main TV to allow us to play some of the movies we brought. Still, we highly recommend a stay here.”

“A few friends and I were staying here during a women’s conference and we really enjoyed the place. Street parking was nice to be able to park directly in front of the door although you had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, but it wasn’t that bad. “We had the best time at this house. The pool was perfect, the firepit is beautiful, and the hottubs were relaxing. I was lucky enough to bring my dogs with us and they had a blast too. The hosts were amazing and the communication was EXCELLENT! They not only exceeded my expectations, but they also saved our trip as we were canceled on by a different host at a different location.
