“This was the perfect place for our stay. The location was perfect for an extended visit to see family at UK. David was a gracious and welcoming host. Murray’s cheese platter! Great communication and had lot’s of great local knowledge and suggestions to help get a lay-of-the-land - with info on what to see, eat and tour. The place had everything we needed. Loved the style and comfort of the place.”

“My husband and I love college towns. We decided to drive up to UK in Lexington. This rental was so close to the campus and really everything. It was perfect for the two of us. Clean, mostly quiet, some street noise on Saturday night, but it is a college town. Great shower. We did not use the patio or outdoor grill, but it was a nice area. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in this area. Host was accessible and quick to respond. ”

“this property is clean, current and very cool. We have stayed here a couple of times. Really enjoy the downtown proximity for restaurants and nightlife in downtown Lexington. The walk to Rupp for the basketball game was simple. No parking issues. Unfortunately left a couple of items in the room. The property manager won't return voicemails or texts....”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a refreshing retreat when we finished our visits to the Distillery District and other ventures. Tacos at Agave and Rye we the best we have ever had. Great place and would totally recommend. ”
