“We enjoyed our little home while here to visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The place was nice and convenient and clean. While there were drawers available there wasn’t any closet space to utilize hangers. Also more towel racks in the bathrooms would be nice. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend! ”

“This was a great VRBO in downtown Frankfort. Lovely, clean apartment right on Main St. only downside that was not mentioned is the freight train that comes thru downtown at 10:30p and 3:30a every day. Just a 5 min disruption, but if you are sensitive, it would bother you.”

“The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”

“I was looking for a place to stay close to the Capitol for work. I really just needed a place to sleep and shower at an affordable rate. Prior months I stayed in hotels and it got quite expensive. I happened across this jewel on Expedia. It was perfect. Just what I needed at a very affordable rate. I will definitely rebook in the future. Everything I needed was within a very short drive. The unit was very quaint. The prior reviews of 10 sold me on giving it a try. I’m glad I did. It……

“This was the perfect place for our stay. The location was perfect for an extended visit to see family at UK. David was a gracious and welcoming host. Murray’s cheese platter! Great communication and had lot’s of great local knowledge and suggestions to help get a lay-of-the-land - with info on what to see, eat and tour. The place had everything we needed. Loved the style and comfort of the place.”

“No real complaints about anything except that there was basically no internet connection. I think you just connect to the restaurants WiFi but since you’re up a floor it was pretty bad. Couldn’t connect at all on most devices and the one laptop that saw the network only ever got one bar and regularly dropped off. ”
