“Beautiful home and location…peaceful surroundings but close enough to Lexington to satisfy shopping/entertainment needs. Excellent communication from host. And host was awesome in addressing our questions and getting us firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Would suggest adding a note to the listing that check in info is usually shared the day of check in.Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we are in the Lexington area.”

“Nice big place, plenty of space nice big kitchen too. Close to Paris and Lexington. Beutiful scenery and the donkeys were a bonus! ”

“We loved our stay! The place was clean and comfortable, and peaceful. The only thing we missed was having a cookie sheet, because I like to make bacon in the oven. Steve was really nice to chat with, as I saw him out and about on the property a couple of times. I’d definitely stay again! “We loved our stay at the farmhouse! It is beautifully decorated with antiques to honor its rich history, but also has an updated kitchen and laundry room for modern conveniences. The property stunning. We enjoyed our days swimming in the saltwater pool and our nights watching the beautiful sunsets and starry skies. The farm animals roam the property and are very friendly. The owners live near the house and are attentive and helpful if needed. They even delivered farm fresh eggs and……

“The house was a very nice place to stay. The country side is beautiful and the cows were fun to see on the property. House was very clean and the manager responded quickly when contacted. Only issue was there was only one tv in the house and it was broken during our entire stay. ”

“Our stay at Stillwater retreat was a wonderful family-friendly relaxing experience. Rooms were clean and host promptly replied to communication. ”

“Our family stayed at this house for the 4th of July weekend and we had the best time. The house was fully stocked and clean, but the pool was our favorite part! Shannon was accommodating and super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here! ”
