“This was a cool place to stay for our family. It had the perfect amount of space for two adults and two children. It was clean and welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay here again. ”

“The place was perfect, better than the pictures. Excellent location in walking distance to multiple places even though the temperatures were below freezing. Loved the flavored coffee pod selection. Would’ve liked some creamer. Occasionally heard noise from the next-door neighbors that shared wall, but that was only when I was in the bathroom. Comfortable bed wonderful pillows loved it!”

“The property was very clean. Thought it was nice that they left some snacks in a couple sample bottles of the local brown water.Only critique is the bed could have been a little more comfortable and a whole lot quieter and I would suggest leaving some dish cloths and some dawn detergent to help with dish cleanup”

“The home was clean with full size beds in each room and two bathrooms. The home is close to a lot of neat places to visit and eateries. It was exactly what we expected and wanted. Thank you!”

“The house was immaculate and very warm a cozy. After visiting the local distilleries we came back and enjoyed games of poker and video games provided with lots of fun. Beds were comfortable. Appliances were very nice with plenty of cookware. House was on a fairly busy street but sat back from the road so there was no noise at all. Hope to come back again!”

“There were six of us that stayed. The youngest was 12 and the oldest was 73. The property was as described. We lived the remoteness of it. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was a great time to connect as a family away from the “busyness “ of city life. ”

“The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. There’s a nearby bakery the outstanding in very easy walking distance.……

“The house was fabulous. It was old, big, beautiful and clean; full of character. It was nice to have a pool table, slot machine and an assortment of games to play. The host provided snacks, coffee, water, shampoos & conditioners. Anything you'd need. The house was five minutes from Buffalo Trace and downtown Frankfort. The only downside was the neighborhood. It is very run down, but we felt COMPLETELY SAFE. Side note - Goodwood had great food & cocktails and so did The Stave. ”
