“I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. I would come again and appreciate the hospitality!”

“This is by far one of the nicest vacation rental units I've ever stayed in -- and I've stayed in a few. Katie's attention to detail means that all the conveniences you need are right at your fingertips. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and so nicely appointed. All just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions sent the day before and Katie even checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend!”

“The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”

“Enjoyed our long weekend stay for the Kentucky 3 day event. Plenty of space for 3 adults, it is so cute & comfy. There is a great kitchen if cooking & staying in, or plenty of dining options nearby for going out. The snacks, drinks & toiletries were a nice touch & made us feel immediately welcome. Chuck the owner could not have been nicer & made our stay very enjoyable. There was great communication and he made sure to check in on us during our stay. We are looking forward to hopefully book……
