“We enjoyed staying at this apartment during our stay in Lexington. The apartment was a very warm comfortable oasis after the busy days we spent at our event. Host provided all amenities needed to make us feel welcome. ”

“The efficiency suite was quite small, but very adequate for one or two people (I was on my own the first two nights, with husband joining me the final night). It was very clean and had everything I needed. One suggestion I would make to help with privacy and feelings of safety (particularly for single females) is adding a shade or blinds to the exterior door and the kitchen window, since it is a first floor unit. Location was walkable to Centre's campus (great because I rode down with someone……

“The property was way better than advertised. A perfect place to stay one night or a week. The owner was great; kind, courteous and very cool. ”

“The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”

“I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. I would come again and appreciate the hospitality!”

“The area were this place is located is perfect. I could get to Rupp arena in 15 minutes by foot. If I was feeling lazy, I had an uber to pick me up within minutes. Great location. The place was clean. The host was very easy to work with. Overall, a very comfortable stay!”
