“Was a pleasant overnight stay as we were passing through Kentucky headed home. Was clean, beds were comfortable, and close to 75. Since we had our little dog in tow, it was a plus that it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.”

“The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”

“The actual property condition and cleanliness went well beyond what was advertised and shown.We could envision ourselves living there for months/years. Great location and Joyce the owner was spot on for anything that came up. She is Wonderful !!”

“Loved this apartment-so many nooks and crannies! Very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The bed sheets smelled amazing! The hosts were very helpful answering questions. The neighborhood is very conveniently located.”

“The property is perfect for what we need when traveling with our dogs. The porch light was burned out, so with the darkness and torrential rain, getting in and out was a bit tough. Our neighbors were also a little loud, but we are old and go to bed kind of early. ”

“Fresh and clean plush towels. Great to have washer and dryer. Easy to locate address. Ample parking on site. Met other short-term renters who were very nice. We were working at the KY Horse Park, and after long days, the 30-minute drive was worth it to rest and return each day.”

“This historic home has so much character and was absolutely perfect for us to stay at for our daughter‘s graduation. It’s close to Rupp Arena, close to restaurants and bars, and the owners really went all out to be very accommodating. I would highly recommend it!”

“Enjoyed our long weekend stay for the Kentucky 3 day event. Plenty of space for 3 adults, it is so cute & comfy. There is a great kitchen if cooking & staying in, or plenty of dining options nearby for going out. The snacks, drinks & toiletries were a nice touch & made us feel immediately welcome. Chuck the owner could not have been nicer & made our stay very enjoyable. There was great communication and he made sure to check in on us during our stay. We are looking forward to hopefully book……
