“Great hospitality! Staff and management is amazing. We had few issues which was fixed promptly and given something for the troubles. Amazing views of the water (only resort where the deck is in the water) and amazing location. ”

“Hidden Gem is a perfect place to relax and just hang by the pool, or recline on the deck facing the ocean. It is not a place where you can step out the door and be on the beach or at a restaurant. If you have a car, Miami Beach is 5 minutes away. We went to Oistens (5 min by car) on a Thursday night and really enjoyed our fish dinner. (The guide books make it sound like it is only on Fridays. Not quite as lively as on Friday, but still a lot of fun on Thursday night.) The pool and breakfast were……

“I was missing a connecting flight and had to stay one night in Barbados. Despite being quite late I was welcome personally by the owner, my mini-apartment had all you need and I could even pay the next day when settled in. Very personal and caring service.”

“My wife and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary, and we had an excellent time there. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the amenities were perfect for a quiet adults only break. My only gripe is that there were not enough sun beds and towels, they should have a rule that if you have not used your bed or towel in an hour you loose the bed as many people would put towels on a bed as early as 7 am and not use the bed until way after lunch. ”

“Close to the beach and boardwalk and great places to eat. Staff are lovely and helpful. Place seems to have regulars that stay a few weeks which creates a nice community. Quiet and comfortable. Nice size room - ours had an efficiency but did not use it as only there one night. Nice pool and comfortable chairs to lounge in. Really enjoyed our stay. ”

“South Point Hotel in Barbados is a hidden gem on the south coast with excellent service and delicious food. We had a fantastic and comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional.The beds were soooo comfortable! It is highly likely that we will be visiting again before the year is out!”
