When we reserved it stated whole house. I was specifically looking for a place that was for just one family as a courtesy to others. We have 7 grandchildren who I wanted to be able to be kids and have fun without upsetting others. I give it a 4 star because the property owners did not rent out the other 2 units to anyone and……

“Host was so helpful. He responded to all my questions and made our stay a really great time. Watching the sunset over the water was the best. The home is located in a nice private spot but easy to navigate to downtown to shop and a great grocery store, Healthy Way. Also went to the Sat. Morning Farmers Market close by. We walked from the house along the beach to a great park with a playground, tennis and basketball and pickle ball courts. Easy to drive from the home to Egg Harbor and Bailey’s……

“We love staying here and are just on our way home from a long February weekend with family, celebrating Valentines Day with Grandma and my 4 kids. It’s quiet and cold in the winter, but the house is warm and cozy. The view is spectacular, and the photos don’t capture it like when you are there. We enjoy walking to the Cana lighthouse, and visiting local restaurants. I can’t say enough about this VRBO, it is our second time but certainly not our last! It’s simply perfect…”
