“The cottage is comfortable and cozy. The small space is well laid out and has what you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the country setting, yet close to town. I found the bed to be comfortable, but may be too soft and not supportive for a heavier person. Kathryn was very responsive with communications, and we really appreciated the special baked treats. Definitely recommend. ”

“Great property. Very cute, but could use some tweaks in functionality, especially if you have luggage for a longer trip. The hanging closet is too close and an awkward reach over the toilet so did not use. Hot water was not consistent and outside security light kept getting triggered, perhaps by a weather vane in the garden. Despite this, loved the complex and the common area. Well located and quiet at night.”

“A very tranquil and relaxing setting just a few miles from downtown. The owners were very nice and all the little touches like fresh baked cookies was welcoming. It was very comfortable and homey, which is what my wife wanted. There is no TV or closet per se for clothes so if you really want to unwind this is a good place to do it.”

“Instructions were sent before we arrived but the day of arrival the code to open the door did not work. When we attempted to call the contacr given to us we were told they cant help us and we need to contact a person at another number. The second person was un reachable. We stood outside in the cold with our kids sleeping in our car at 11pm after traveling all day waiting for the peron we needed to help us call us back. We eventually were let into the house. “We were very pleased with the cottage and our stay. Michelle was very communicative throughout the process and the cottage was well-stocked with commonly needed items (we appreciated the stain remover on this trip, not something you'd find at every property!). The main stretch of Newberg is very walkable from this property and we enjoyed its proximity to many of the local wineries/vineyards during this trip.”
