“We began our stay on the outdoor terrace while watching the sunset over the lake and sipping Franciacorta. The staff was very helpful and attentive and helped us with details for a ferry trip to Monte Isola and a visit to a winery. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. Internet access was great. We were traveling by train and managed the 20 minute hike up to the hotel, but if you don’t have a car and would like to arrange for a taxi be sure……

“Short one night stop over, arrived late at night, but that wasn’t a problem and we were greeted warmly on arrival. Room was spacious and had beautiful balcony overlooking front of hotel in bedroom and also bathroom. Pity we couldn’t have stayed longer. ”
