Scottland Yard is a dream getaway for anyone who wants to experience the perfect mix of farm life and luxury - yes, apparently this is possible. Catching up with the farm animals, the magnificent mountain and rolling hill views, incredibly well thought out interior designs and property layout, the fine attention to detail with……

“City girl needing some relaxation. The Hobbit house was adorable and came with everything we needed. We wanted to hike some of the surrounding falls and explore a bit, and Scottland yard property was the perfect place to come “home” to. Loved waking up to the sounds of all the animals they have on the property. Will try and make it back!”

“Amazing property. The staff was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Only comment, is no fault of the property, but if you stay in a glamping (tent) or small cabin check the weather. Stayed memorial weekend and the weather was in the 50s which the locations are not insolated or have heater... Which I didn't expect. Lucky we brought blankets and heated blankets were provided, but it was very cold still. We would stay again and hope for better weather next time to enjoy the……

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the downstairs area with arcade and games was non stop entertainment for the entire family. We enjoyed the fire pit with lots of chairs and could even see Lake Cayuga from our windows and front porch. We were close to the local marina to rent a pontoon and close enough to all the fun in Ithaca. The house is 55 minutes away from Watkins glen making it a perfect spot to see……

“The property is close to Ithaca and numerous state park sites. The host had great communication and offered several food items, which made traveling with kids so much easier! The layout of the space made traveling with a mix of adults and children easy. Would highly recommended! ”
