“The house is exactly has described and shown in the photos. We like to cook and found that the kitchen was well equipped. Loved option of dining outside as the weather was perfect.The location is also perfect. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown, many parks, walking/biking paths plus the Poudre River. We also found it very convenient for accessing the Rocky Mountain National Park which is a beautiful drive from FC.We found Stacy to be very easy to communicate with. ……

“The location was great! It was out of the city which for us is perfect. The house itself was nicely renovated. It does have a swamp cooler for the downstairs living area and either swamp coolers or a/c in the bedrooms. Bedrooms are all upstairs. The master bedroom was very spacious. Downstairs living area was great. The only negative was that it didn't have a good fenced in area for the dogs but the front yard was far enough off of the road and large enough that the dogs could run. All……
