“The pictures and description of Shotgun Blue do not do it justice. This home is exceptionally clean, modern & peaceful. Denise goes above and beyond keeping the house lovely and communicating very well. That bed!! It is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Very well stocked with your basic bath/kitchen ware. The various fixture switches are nicely labeled and the backyard is thick green grass you can walk barefoot. We sat out back during sun down and it is peaceful and quiet! It is too……

“Fantastic and CLEAN historic 1800's home well situated in Greeley. French bakery (La Petite French Bakery) and the best Italian in town (Pinnochio's) 1/2 block away.Tons of great light all through the day, comfy beds and pillows, LOTS of linens, towels, & sheets, handy laundry in the basement if you need it, well stocked with books, kitchen needs, bathroom supplies, etc., good WiFi.Beutifully appointed w/period furniture, tschotchkes, and prints.Upstairs is basically a self contained private……

“I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Mid-sized home that had everything that you needed. The oversized comfy couch, coffee maker and laundry were why I chose to not stay in a hotel. These amenities were perfect and exactly what I needed. No shoes rule made me trust that the carpets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Camera at front door does look toward the door and visible while on the couch so I wondered if I could be seen at night. I like knowing those things as a a traveling……

“After a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, which the property manager fixed after a few days, it was a wonderful house. With 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have an ensuite bathroom (one main level and one lower level); 1 bedroom's full bathroom was right outside the bedroom door (main level), and the other bedroom had a half bathroom right next door (lower level). We cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and a drawer full of seasonings, which was amazing. If I plan……

“We had a small family reunion and our stay here in Windsor was perfect for us. The listing was accurate and pictures were exactly as presented. It was an unusually hot weekend and the air conditioner worked very well! Communications with Jill was easy and she always responded within the hour. Beautiful park across the street with pickleball courts! Food delivery services are available if no car. Felt very safe in the older neighborhood. We will stay here on our next family visit! ”
