“What a wonderful experience! The condo was immaculate with a well appointed kitchen. Over all very comfortable. The firm mattress made our sleeping hours as blissful as our waking ones. Loved the convenient location to two major grocery stores. Neat, tidy, and safe neighborhood. Easy parking. ”

“I definitely would not call it “Breath Taking” as the description Title stated. The place is ordinary, no dressers or hangers in closets to store clothing. There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds. “Great location near New Belgium, Odell’s and Breckenridge Brewery. Also, near Old Town. The only downside was getting blocked in by the other renters who did not know how to park a car !”
