“We stayed in the Condo because of the close proximity to CSU. We enjoyed our stay and the condo worked well for our family. It is a great place. ”

“We had 11 friends stay here for a wedding weekend and it worked out amazingly. The property has 4 individual units, three 2 bedroom units and one single bedroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, plenty of things to do within walking distance and a short drive away from beautiful hiking trails. “Our first trip to Fort Collins, this city is awesome. Our condo was the perfect location for our visit and our activities. The exterior of the building doesn’t look great but the condo was as advertised, very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.”
