“Very nice property immaculately kept with all essentials.”

“The property is close to the CSU campus and shopping dining area only blocks away. The cottage is well designed to take advantage of every space. It is decorated very nicely and is well appointed. It has everything you need and then some. The space is great for 2 people but could be right for 4 however. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Ft Collins.”

“The home worked out very well for me and my little beagle. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and close to several good breweries and Old Town. I stayed for a month due to work but also had time to have friends up for fun. I will be back!”

Julia was a very communicative and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The house is nice, with comfortable beds and a big yard in the front(fenced), and a very nice patio area in the back. “We were in town to take our dog to CSU veterinary hospital and this location was perfect and close to the veterinary hospital. Clean, well stocked, fenced yard, homey feel, very dog friendly, and a responsive owner. Two blocks from a park; great brewery nearby that allows dogs in the brewery (Maxline). We would not hesitate to stay here again. ”

“Older home with character. Great location to walk to shops , restaurants, and the lake. Clean home and plenty of space for a family get together. Had all the amenities we needed when traveling.”
