“I booked a one-bedroom suite, but the first room they gave me was on the lower floor. The view was blocked by the opposite hotel. We needed to close the curtains all the time. Fortunately, they let us move to another room for the other two days. This room faced another direction and on a higher floor. It was much better. There is a bus 440 heading to Bondi junction in front of the hotel. Within 10 mins walk, you can get to L2&3 to The Rocks and trains to Central Station. ”

“Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store……

“Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby. The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!”

“best location with easy access to everywhere. walking distance to the city, central station and the light rail. very safe and comfy stay. love the decor and theme of the hotel and room.”

“Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay. ”

“The service and overall facilities are quite nice and it’s at a quiet area of a very convenient location. Just the mattress is a bit too soft and making my sleep not so comfortable. Bathroom with just a curtain wall is a bit weird too.”
