“We had a very comfortable stay while at this property. Conor was very responsive and able to help. We had a small snafu with the internet and he fixed it very quickly! Overall would recommend. ”

“We only slept here one night and immediately left for Dublin in the morning. It was clean and nice. We would definitely choose this again when we have more time to spend in Belfast. It was lovely to have a hair dryer provided. ”

“the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good……

“Felt like home. Very welcoming and included all the amenities we would need. Exceptionally clean and well decorated! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Close to public transportation and downtown Holywood. ”

“Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs……

“This apartment was cute and perfectly situated to walk to pretty much anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes. Everything was clean and the check in process was very easy and contactless. The one con I'll mention is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is lovely, but the other bedroom with the double bed is very small. It's hard to tell from the photos, since there are mirrors in there, but there isn't enough room to put down suitcases and there's only about a foot of space between the bed……

“Property location - fantastic. Property condition - needs updating and a review of inventory and usability. Cleanliness - not good particularly in the kitchen area. Utensils felt greasy to touch. Description of property- misleading in that description stated a garden. No private garden available. Safety - some electric plugs held together with tape. Unfortunately although the property was in an ideal location it needs some TLC! ”

"Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Room is clean and big enough.Location is convenient at Queens Quarter, and takes 15 min - 20 min walk to City Centre. "
