“We had an amazing stay here!! We rented the space to host a baby shower and have room for out of town guests to stay. Event went perfectly and Jacob met me at the property for check in to walk me through all the in home music options, how to work the pool waterfall, which fruit trees were in season and we could eat from and more!! The place is absolutely beautiful. My daughter and the other kids staying (age 6-10) said this was the coolest place they’ve been - peacocks, fresh fruit from the……

“Everything was beautiful and so lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only issue at all was we all got up to get ready around the same time and 3 of us had to have a cool-cold shower. This was the only issue at all.”

“We visit Ellijay twice a year and stay somewhere new each time. The kids had a BLAST! The check in process was smooth as usual with Coosawattee’s front ranger station type setup. And access to the actual property was short and simple. We also appreciated the proximity to the main indoor pool, putt putt and arcade. But we only visited those amenities once this time because the Octagon shaped cabin had so much fun inside! The hot tub, the SLIDE, poker with friends, arcade games, board games,……

“Perfect house for our family’s last minute getaway. Great views of the river and included everything we needed. The only negative was the large deposit required (almost 2x the rental fee) and the time to get that released, but this is more of a VRBO issue.”

“ The cottage was very cute and comfortable. One block from town making it easy to walk to shopping and dining. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfast every morning. Beds were comfortable, had a washer and dryer, and there were plenty of supplies for laundry, dishwashing, etc. Also provided soap and shampoo. On our last day we walked to the farmers market one block away. It was lovely. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Very clean and well designed. A couch that actually seats 6 and a dining table for 8! So many fireplaces and comfy beds. Ample kitchen.”

“It was a beautiful place. The photos look as if it was bigger than it actually was, but it still was a great experience and time. We really enjoyed our stay. It was 10 of us and we were very comfortable. Check in and check out was made simple. It had all we ever needed. The gift basket was very thoughtful, although we didn’t have the experience of using the s’mores because of the rain. AWESOME TIME!”

“Great house and location but found trash and food waste from previous guests around the property. Charcoal grill was rusted out so we had to get another grill from Walmart in order to grill the food we purchased for the trip. Owner was responsive and so pleasant to speak to so hopefully this was a one-off issue.”

“This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The only feedback is to ensure all AC's are operating and functional. The property managers quickly assisted and were very supportive. This is a very unique property and we collectively agreed that we would choose to stay here again.”
