“This is a cute little cottage. It is near parks and Farmville, which is a nice little, college town.”

We were 20 mins from Charlottesville and Monticello. There were no check out instructions but we tried to clean things up. The cleaning fee was also incredibly reasonable! “Initial drive to the property was worrysome with surrounding properties being a little bit under maintained but our over all stay was great for what we needed. The home was very clean inside and exceeded our expectations from what we were concerned with coming down the dead end lane. when we arrived a lawn maintenance person was actively cutting grass, friendly. the entrance exit situation can be improved, you will always have to walk through grass/dirt (no walkway) to unlock the front door……
