“I find the Precious Hotel to be quite adequate, but I guess the eggs and sausage are Monday through Friday only. I had to beat the Arctic freeze, so I checked in on a Friday night and Saturday morning meant slim pickings (a couple of mini muffins) for breakfast. The coffee in the breakfast room tasted like tree bark, so I grabbed a few creamers for in-room coffee only to find that all 4 packets in my room were decaf, while most places provide 2 leaded and 2 unleaded. “Scammed by the unscrupulous owner that wanted a fee so large for pets that it was more than the hotel reservation, OUTRAGEOUS! Over twice the average pet fee than EVERY other Super 8 asked for. I felt I was taken advantage of since I booked through a third party, so I either lost my booking fee or had to pay double by paying his outrageous pet fee. Buyer beware, call first. ”

“Charming part of town. Exterior of the building is modest, but the place is absolutely great! Ample space, clean, well appointed. Much more comfortable and enjoyable than two hotel rooms that my family considered as an alternative. Zero complaints, highly recommended. “We have used this property twice for Thanksgiving. It’s a perfect location for everyone to get together and cook and play together. We were a short walk from a family members wedding in the park near the square during the same time frame as well. It’s a short walk to a convenience store and also a nice little taqueria down the block. Owners are prompt with responses and check in and out was a breeze. ”
