“My family and I had an amazing stay here. Peaceful and clean with so much to do. Our kids asked to stay home rather than go out because they had so much fun right on the property. The horses Star and Blackjack were a hit, make sure you add carrots or apples to your grocery order they love them. The pool with the slide and diving board kept them busy. It was so nice to have extra pool floats as well. There was a cool game room with electronic games and board games but my kids spent so much time……

“Beautiful place - enjoyed staying here. We visited at least 20 waterfalls within 2 hours of Cookeville, TN. The only thing we missed was a regular coffee pot. We had to go to Walmart to get a single serve universal coffee cup for the Keurig coffee maker so we could use the coffee we brought with us. ”

We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is… it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! ”
