“The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. ”

“Everything was great. The apartment was very spacious and bigger than I expected. We would definitely book again the next time we are in Knoxville! ”

“It was great - hosts communicated so well, and were ready to help. It was a sweet little spot, and in good weather, a nice walking distance from downtown (1 mile ish). There was some unfortunate tree sap that coated my car, but other than that, it was great.”

“We had a wonderful stay! We were supposed to stay 2 nights however an emergency called us back home after the first night. Although our time was cut short we really really enjoyed it! The loft was exactly as described. We loved having 2 sofas because we met our son and his gf for the weekend. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t cook. The entire place was charming and the location was perfect. The walk from the parking lot was not bad. You do have to walk up a pretty steep hill on……
