The only issue was the next morning my nieces were confronted by this guy, I came to the door he invited himself in and told me there was no kids allowed. I wasn’t aware that I could not have company. I was actually sitting for my sister that morning. We just ended up leaving a whole day early.”

“Location is fantastic…convenient to downtown and UTK. Home was extremely clean, spacious, stocked with all the comforts of home. Beds very comfortable…best pillows in a short term rental or hotel hands down! The office space was a game changer and allowed me to easily work remotely while my daughter attended a camp at UTK. Communication, check in and out was quick and easy. Kern Food Hall across the street is convenient for a meal anytime and coffee in the morning. Highly recommend! ”

“Listen, I’m not one to give reviews. This place was amazing! It was clean, inviting, well decorated, had all the amenities (Including a disposal and gass stove). It was centrally located in downtown Knoxville on Gay Street. The sheets were even super comfortable and soft. There were many remarks about lighting and noise while sleeping. We did not personally experience that. The guests upstairs were also very quiet and the bar downstairs was far enough away that we did not experience issues with……
