“We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the cottage. It was located on a dead end street, so there was not much foot or vehicular traffic. Laura was wonderful throughout the entire reservation process and our stay. It was nice having access to the adjacent dock to relax and fish. We would definitely stay again. Perfect for a small family or a couple's getaway. Not far from Knoxville, Loudon, Maryville, or Tellico Village.”

“Kathi's Cottage is a cute little house outside of Knoxville. It's an easy 15 minute drive to campus and so close to Sevierville and the GSMNP. We hope to stay here again!”

“We came to town for a baseball tournament out of Dandridge. We were less than 30 minutes from the ball field making it super nice. Our family enjoyed the pool most days before and after our long, hot games! We were able to squeeze in Splash Country one day which was a reasonable commute”

“We were greeted by a very friendly cat named Smoky. The place was beautiful! Our son and grandson came to visit and loved being able to feed the horses. We were able to visit family and see Christmas lights in Pigeon Forge. Very peaceful. ”

“The property was very accurately depicted in the listing. It is a tiny house but it worked out very well for my husband and myself. The property was very clean and the manager, Chad was extremely helpful and responsive. The bed, at least for us, was very comfortable and for the most part the house was well equipped . . . . a few wine glasses and a dedicated colander would be great, and the addition of a few hooks for coats would also be nice.
