“Staff was great. The front desk attendant Bonnie was very helpful, kind, patient while expedia messed up our check in process and thier virtual payment wouldn't go thru. After about an hour or so they were able to take care of it. ”

“設備簡單，但齊全，早餐只可以話飽肚，事實亦並不豐富，酒店附近都係貨倉或工業用地，但亦有兩間連鎖式快餐店。我入住的時間（February-March )是鳳凰城全年最好天氣的時候，所以可能租金較貴。”

“I stayed in a 1-bedroom suite which was nice and spacious. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and everything appeared to be maintained as best as possible. However, there was a strong odor in the second-floor hallway that made coming and going unpleasant. The building is clearly older and could benefit from some updates like new flooring, fresh paint, and general remodeling. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, maybe 2 or 3 days at most.”

“Exceptional experience. Stayed in Goodyear for important exams at nearby Prometric in April 2025 and in December 2023. Very quiet and peaceful at night, able to get full night sleep. Great amenities, great continental breakfast and nearby to other shopping around Goodyear. Rooms were clean, well-furnished and stocked. Would highly recommend this hotel for great quality at an even better price. Thank you Best Western! ”

“这个酒店非常个性化也非常的适合家庭旅游居住，餐厅非常开阔温情。对老顾客非常照顾，特别是对有困难的需要帮助的顾客更能够全力以赴，我是因为车祸啊。又第二次住进酒店。他们不但没有排斥受伤的人。还帮我安排了面对游泳池的开个房间，让我心情非常愉悦，减少了我很大的心理压力。我有机会还会来这个酒店。”
