“I have stayed at the Arizona Grand several times. Plus my daughter had her wedding at the Grand 15 years ago. This stay was the best! You could tell there was a positive culture for the employees as the customer service was outstanding! Not only was I was upgraded to a villa suite right in front of the waterpark and close to parking but the staff went above and beyond to please and accommodate. So happy to see the Grand well maintained and so well run!!!”

“The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it.”
